Dr. Melissa Betance
METABOLIC HEALTH IS THE FOUNDATION OF LONGEVITY. CONTROL THE TERRAIN. CHANGE THE OUTCOME. Dr. Melissa Betance, ND, CNS, LDN is a Functional & Integrative Nutrition Practitioner specializing in metabolic health, muscle-centric medicine, and root-cause clinical care. Her work focuses on restoring metabolic resilience through precision nutrition, lifestyle medicine, clinical homeopathy, and individualized therapeutic strategies designed to optimize long-term health and performance. Her philosophy is rooted in the understanding that the body is not inherently broken, but rather responding to internal and external stressors that disrupt physiological balance. By addressing the internal terrain—including energy production, circulation, inflammation, detoxification, and hormonal signaling—she works to support the body’s innate ability to adapt, repair, and thrive. Dr. Betance integrates functional and integrative nutrition, metabolic medicine, and classical homeopathy into comprehensive care plans tailored to each individual. Her clinical interests include metabolic dysfunction, body composition, hormone balance, gut health, mental-emotional wellness, and longevity-focused care. She has experience supporting patients through complex chronic conditions using a systems-based, biopsychosocial approach grounded in both evidence-based and naturopathic principles. With a background in exercise science, athletics, and performance-based wellness, her approach strongly emphasizes muscle health, metabolic efficiency, recovery, and sustainable vitality as key drivers of healthy aging and long-term resilience.

Laura Dominick
Colon Hydrotherapist
Introduction Born and raised on the southwest side of Chicago, Laura has dedicated much of her life to helping others improve their health and well-being through compassion, education, and natural healing practices. Her personal experiences with chronic digestive issues and holistic healing inspired her path into colon hydrotherapy and wellness care. Laura’s philosophy is deeply influenced by her long-standing practice of Nichiren Buddhism through Soka Gakkai International, which she began in 1972. This practice emphasizes compassion, respect for all life, and the belief that every person has the ability to create positive change and lasting value in their lives. ______________ Professional Journey Laura spent 32 years working alongside her father in the family printing business. During that time, personal health challenges and the loss of her father to stomach cancer led her to take a deeper interest in holistic health and nutrition. After struggling with digestive concerns for many years, Laura began working with holistic healthcare practitioners who introduced her to nutrition-based healing and lifestyle changes. Through dietary modifications—including reducing inflammatory foods and eliminating gluten—she experienced significant improvements in her health. As part of her healing journey, Laura was introduced to colon hydrotherapy and quickly experienced profound benefits in her digestive health and overall well-being. Inspired by the positive impact it had on her life, she decided to pursue professional training so she could help others experience similar results. ______________ Training & Credentials Laura became a certified colon hydrotherapist through International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy in March 2006 and has been supporting clients through colon hydrotherapy ever since. Her credentials include: • Advanced-Level Certified Colon Hydrotherapist • Member of the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy • Certified through International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy ______________ Philosophy of Care Laura believes that healing begins by supporting the body naturally and addressing the root causes of imbalance. She is passionate about educating and empowering clients to make informed lifestyle choices that support digestive health, vitality, and long-term wellness. Her approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and creating a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged throughout their wellness journey.

Dr. Samantha Molda DC
Expert in Chronic Pain
Dr. Samantha Molda DC, CVSMT
Dr. Samantha Molda, DC, CVSMT, is a Chiropractic Physician in Illinois where she focuses on chronic pain treatment and management.
With living in an opioid epidemic, individuals are in desperate need for alternative treatments to drugs and surgery. Dr. Molda works to provide her patients with the care needed with a “first, do no harm” philosophy by getting to the root cause of the problem. She takes a Holistic approach and looks at the treatment of pain from not only the biomechanical and neurological aspect but by the body’s internal inflammatory processes systemically. There are many factors that affect the quantity and quality of pain felt by someone and Dr. Molda works with these other factors on an individual basis. Not all pain is the same and symptoms are different from person to person. Through her own struggles with autoimmune conditions and chronic illness, Dr. Molda knows how pain can drastically affect your life and can become debilitating. Her thought is that medicine and health cannot be categorized as black and white but rather they exist on a grey spectrum.
Dr. Molda attended the National University of Health Sciences, IL where she was dual enrolled both in the Doctor or Chiropractic Medicine (DC) and Naturopathic Medicine Doctor (NMD/ND) programs simultaneously. She graduated with her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine in December 2023 and is currently in her final year of her Naturopathic Doctor Internship. She became a certified Animal Chiropractor in May 2024 through graduating with a diploma from Healing Oasis Wellness Center, WI.
She is currently working on her Diplomate of The American Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI) to become an Internal Medicine specialist. Dr. Molda gained her Bachelor of Biology (BS) from Saint Xavier University, Chicago in Spring 2018. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association (ACA) and a member of the Naturopathic Medical Student Association (NMSA). While in medical school, she served as an Executive Board Member of the NUHS, IL Student American Chiropractic Association (SACA) and the NUHS Animal Chiro Club.

Introduction I am a licensed massage therapist with more than 600 hours of professional massage education and a passion for helping people restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being through hands-on care. My journey into massage therapy began through my own experiences recovering from years of skateboarding-related injuries, which gave me a deep appreciation for the body’s remarkable ability to heal when given the right support and environment. I also began skateboarding at age 11, which taught me discipline, perseverance, and dedication—qualities that continue to shape both my personal life and professional approach today. I remain committed to lifelong learning and continually expanding my knowledge and skills to better support my clients. ______________ Training & Credentials • Licensed Massage Therapist — State of Illinois • Graduate — New School for Massage (2022) • Additional training in: o Cupping Therapy o Prenatal Massage ______________ See Me For • Muscle and joint pain • Muscle spasms • Edema and swelling • Myofascial restrictions • Carpal tunnel symptoms • Thoracic outlet syndrome • Sciatica • Scar tissue and mobility concerns ______________ Locations: La Grange Park
